Requirements for Success:
- 2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance
- Basic carpentry skills that showcase your craftsmanship
- A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Background check? No problem!
- Thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment is your forte
- Keeping sensitive information confidential is second nature to you.
- Basic knowledge of residential plumbing & electrical systems.
- No heavy lifting? Not for you! You can handle 50+ pounds with ease.
