Maintenance Coordinator
Sun Realty is seeking a full time, year-round Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. This is an in-office position with infrequent-to-rare offsite responsibilities. The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between homeowner, guests, and Sun Realty’s maintenance team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide Sun Realty’s homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality, and professionalism.
