Sun Realty’s Housekeeping Departments are currently hiring seasonal and year-round part-time team members for various locations in Avon, Salvo, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Duck, and Corolla. Enjoy flexible hours, competitive pay with weekly payroll, and receive all necessary cleaning products and personal protective equipment (PPE).
With over 43 years of experience, Sun Realty is a leading provider of vacation rental properties, serving over 18,000 families annually! Cleaners have the potential to earn up to $350+ per turnover day, with even more for seasonal deep cleans, while inspectors are paid $18.00 per hour.

- Reliable transportation with an active driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Capable of working in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
