The Event Boutique in Historic Corolla Village is hiring and looking for a part-time sales associate!?
Come work in a fun, upbeat environment selling unique vintage and modern table settings, glassware, and décor for gatherings,entertaining and events. Hours and days are flexible. Ideally, looking for someone who can work 15–30 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Professional, personable, and positive personality
Interest in events, entertaining and hospitality preferred
Experience working in a retail store or sales
Good Communication Skills
Local to the Corolla area preferred
Responsibilities:
Greeting and helping customers with merchandise
Discuss products and provide details to the customer, demonstrating ways of using the pieces to entertain
Check out customers, accept payment and build rapport
Replenish inventory and maintain displays on the sales floor
Maintain the cleanliness of the store, keeping the sales floor area clean and organized
Answer store calls and problem solve as needed
Promote the unique, upbeat aspect of boutique and encourage creative entertaining
