Beach Realty & Construction / Kitty Hawk Rentals is hiring a full-time, year-round Inspections Coordinator to start immediately. Prior experience in vacation housekeeping and/or inspections is preferred. This position entails hiring, training and scheduling of a workforce of seasonal inspectors to perform weekly turnover and spring cleaning inspection to ensure vacation properties are properly cleaned and ready for guests. Assist Housekeeping Manager in the off season. Weekend work is required throughout the year. 

Candidates for this position must:

• Be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Have the ability to effectively multi-task.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be comfortable enforcing quality control.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
