Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team immediately. In this full-time, year-round role, you will coordinate and schedule pre-season spring cleaning, weekly turnover cleaning, inspections, and linen delivery with both internal and external housekeepers, ensuring our high-quality standards are consistently met. Weekend work is required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of vacation rental housekeeping operations.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to meet client expectations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of properties.
• Manage linen inventory and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to uphold quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in vacation rental housekeeping management is required.
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Valid Driver’s License.
