Southern Shores Realty is looking for a positive and dedicated employee to join our Housekeeping team! This is a full-time/year round position with a benefits package. Weekend work is required.
The Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person.
Position requires computer experience, strong organizational skills, and a disciplined eye for cleaning. Experience with Streamline and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• hiring and training Cleaners and Inspectors
• scheduling Cleaners for weekly cottage cleans
• overseeing the Inspector staff
• completing new hire and termination paperwork
