Heather Scott
Currituck Family YMCA, Executive Director
Heather Scott is the Executive Director role at the Currituck Family YMCA. Heather served as the District Health and Wellness Director of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads for 3 years prior to serving as the Executive Director.
Heather is a native to Currituck County and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. She holds national certifications and credentials in the fitness industry, including Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Balance and Fall Prevention Specialist, and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Her time away from the Y is spent with her husband and two children. She enjoys meeting new people, coaching others, reading books, crafting, and loves being outdoors. Her goal for the Currituck Family YMCA is to continue serving our community by developing and improving programs that meet the growing needs in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
