We welcome Holly Staples, Director of the Small Business Center at COA, on December 12th.

Holly will help companies understand the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Corporate Transparency Act's (CTA) Reporting requirements.

This is a drop-in session, so feel free to stop by anytime between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. It's not a 3-hour seminar—just 10 minutes or less to file your report if you have all your information ready.
What to Bring:

• Your business's Federal ID number
• ID of anyone who owns 25% or more of the business (in electronic format like PDF or JPEG for quicker processing)
• Your own device (if possible) to avoid wait times for the provided laptop
