The Opioid Crisis and North Carolina’s Response

The Currituck Wild Goose Rotary Club & the Currituck Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a luncheon on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Mutt-N-Jeff’s Restaurant from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  The topic will be “The Opioid Crisis and North Carolina’s Response.”  Our guest speaker is Mr. Pierre Lauffer, Industrial Hygiene Consultant Supervisor, Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology, NC Department of Health and Human Services.  Mr. Lauffer is an accomplished and knowledgeable speaker on this topic and has conducted numerous workshops on opioid and methamphetamine awareness.
