The Outer Banks Wedding Association is thrilled to announce that it will host its 17th wedding weekend and expo on January 17-18, 2015 at First Flight Middle and High School. From photography and coordination to catering and cakes, destination couples will have the opportunity to plan all the details for their big day at our wedding weekend, explains Kim Stetson, Executive Director of the Outer Banks Wedding Association. If you're interested in tying the knot on the Outer Banks, this is a can't miss event that only happens once a year. The wedding weekend and expo is designed for couples seeking to get married on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In the course of two days, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and book the island's most prestigious vendors, as well as visit venues in an open-house style tour. In addition, brides will have the opportunity to win a fully-paid for Dream Wedding, Dream Honeymoon, and enter to win alike themed dream package giveaways. For nearly 300 vendors to come together in one location and provide all the services needed to plan a destination wedding is an event brides usually dream of attending, says Alyson Pugh, Director of Marketing and Public Relations of the Outer Banks Wedding Association. We are excited to partner with the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau to make this year's event the very best yet. The 2015 wedding expo will be held January 17-18 from 10am-3pm, and the wedding tour will be Saturday, January 17 from 5pm-9pm. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from the Outer Banks Wedding Association's Wedding Weekend website: http://www.outerbanksweddingassoc.org/outer-banks-wedding-weekend. Each bride purchasing a ticket and attending the expo will be given a change to register for the Dream Giveaway for their choice. Local vendors, restaurants and hotels will feature discounts throughout the weekend for all attendees.
